“And now, who can keep up? There is a melancholy to the infinite scroll.”
Who can keep up, indeed. These days, there is always more to read, or watch, or like, or share, or retweet, or bookmark on the web. We go to the bottom of the page, looking for the end of the infinitely scrolling stream, but we never get there. There are always more posts, more tabs, more notifications. The stream rushes by us at an increasingly rapid pace and it has become harder and harder for us to stay afloat.
Slow Down questions our existing, often unhealthy relationship with social media and digital content, and makes our digital “stuff” a little more meaningful and a little less stressful. Want to start using Slow Down? See examples of the digest in action, or sign in below.
